We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped, from our end at a 3.5% deduction
from the refund value. After the order has been shipped then we cannot cancel the order.
If any buyer denies taking the product from the courier company, then all the expenses
incurred in sending that shipment including 2 sides courier charges + handling / packing
charge will be charged from the refund. No free shipping clause will be applicable at that
time.

We may cancel the order, under rare circumstances, including:

a) Incorrect pricing or description of the product

b) Payment fraud detection by Payment Gateway or our department

c) Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address

d) Available products not passed our internal quality check during the dispatch of the product
