Shipping Time
We prioritize every order and ensure careful handling and shipping through reputed courier services such as DTDC, Professional Courier, Tirupati Courier, etc.
- Same-day shipping deadline: 1:00 PM daily
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
- No shipping on Sundays or Public Holidays.
- Orders received on these days will be shipped the next working day.
- Delivery Time: 4–5 working days across India.
Delay Compensation: If the shipment is not delivered within 4–5 working days, we offer a 5% discount on the order value of your next purchase.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes, heavy rainfall, elections, strikes, etc.

Returns & Refund Policy
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Include detailed information about the defect or issue.
- Upon mutual agreement, a refund or credit will be processed within 10 working days.
Reimbursement Timeline
We will process reimbursements without undue delay and no later than:
- 30 days after receiving the returned goods, or
- 30 days after you provide proof of return, or
- 30 days from informing us of your decision to cancel (if no goods were delivered)
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
